GrittyFit Return Policy

At GrittyFit, all products are made to order to reduce waste and support mindful consumption. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

We encourage customers to review size guides carefully and double-check all order details before completing a purchase.


Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the affected item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If your return is approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.


Hygiene-Related Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items, even if unused:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Socks (unless unopened and in original packaging)
  • Water bottles or tumblers (even if unused)

These policies are in place to protect all customers and maintain strict hygiene standards.


What We Cannot Accept Returns For

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind)
  • General dissatisfaction with made-to-order items
  • Any item returned outside the allowed return window
